Falcon Ridge is an established residential community in the heart of Haw Creek Valley in east Asheville, North Carolina. Mere minutes (3 miles) to downtown, shopping (2 miles to Asheville Mall), Mission Hospital, restaurants, the Biltmore Estate and other activities. Falcon Ridge Homeowners Association and Covenants Highlights
Falcon Ridge has established a Homeowners Association (HOA) and all owners are members of the association. The neighborhood is managed by the HOA which in turn is directed by the owners through the Board of Directors.

Committee for Design Review
The Committee reviews home plans for compliance with falcon Ridge’s protective covenants. The Committee’s insures that each property maintains architectural harmony with other homes and the nature that exists in Falcon Ridge. The scope for the Committee includes height requirements, minimum square footage requirements, setbacks, architectural guidelines, landscaping, drainage, driveway type and location, exterior lighting, site accessories, exterior colors and materials, clearing and more.
Regulations to ensure that contractors maintain orderly construction sites, have reasonable working hours, park where required, maintain portable toilets, have reasonable signage, protect neighborhood infrastructure and are good neighbors.
